| Shuangkai Holding Group("SK Group") is founded together by Zhejiang Kaisitong Valve Co. Ltd ("KST") and Zhejiang Kaidong Valve Co. Ltd ("KD") with a total investment of USD38 million in 2007. The SK Group is located in Longyou Industrial Park,a place with very good traffic condition, 40km from Yiwu, 160 km from Hangzhou and 380 km from Shanghai, which covers a total area of more than 150,000 m2. The project are to be completed by 2 phases. The first phase are for industrial standard workshop and dorm construction ,which covers over 80,000m2 and expected to be used in January,2008.The second phase occupies over 70,000m2, which expected to be completed at the end of 2009.SK Group now have more than 500 workers,including over 80 technical staff and 10 engineers.
